1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Vellobase.com and purchases made through the Vellobase online store.

Vellobase is a brand operated by AJCD, L.L.C., a limited liability company registered in the United States.

By accessing Vellobase.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you should not use the website or place an order.

2. Products and product information

Vellobase offers various consumer products for sale through Vellobase.com.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and pricing are accurate. However, product appearance, colors, dimensions, packaging, and other characteristics may vary within reasonable limits.

Product availability may change without notice.

3. Orders

When you place an order through Vellobase.com, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation may be sent after the order is submitted. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted if there is an issue involving payment, availability, pricing, fraud prevention, or other circumstances requiring review.

Vellobase may cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including where a product is unavailable, a material pricing or listing error occurred, payment cannot be authorized, or the transaction appears fraudulent or unlawful.

If Vellobase cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded.

4. Prices and currency

Prices displayed by Vellobase may be presented in the currency selected for the customer's market.

Vellobase supports the following currencies for the listed markets:

• United States: USD.

• Canada: CAD.

• Australia: AUD.

• New Zealand: NZD.

• United Kingdom: GBP.

The final price presented during checkout is the amount applicable to the order, subject to applicable taxes, duties, import charges, payment processing rules, and other amounts that may be imposed by law.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

The name appearing on a customer's payment card statement may be:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

6. Shipping

Products purchased through Vellobase are shipped directly from China through third-party fulfillment arrangements.

Orders generally require 1 to 3 business days for processing before shipment.

The stated delivery period is 14 to 28 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, incomplete address information, or circumstances outside Vellobase's reasonable control.

An order may arrive in multiple packages if products are shipped separately.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other governmental charges imposed on imported goods are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

7. Refunds

Vellobase maintains a separate Return and Refund Policy.

Under the standard Vellobase refund process, eligible refund requests may be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

When a refund is approved, the customer is not required to physically return the product. The customer may keep or discard the product, and the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer refund, cancellation, guarantee, or statutory rights.

8. Customer responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Use Vellobase.com only for lawful purposes.

• Not interfere with the operation or security of the website.

• Not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

• Not use the website for fraudulent activity.

• Not submit intentionally false information in connection with an order, refund request, payment, or customer service request.

9. Intellectual property

The Vellobase name, website content, text, graphics, logos, designs, product presentation, and other original materials made available through Vellobase.com may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or commercially exploit Vellobase content without authorization.

10. Third-party services

Vellobase may use third-party providers for payment processing, shipping, fulfillment, website technology, analytics, advertising, customer support, and other business functions.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Vellobase is not responsible for independent third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Third-party fulfillment

Products may be fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers and shipped directly from China.

Vellobase remains the seller responsible for the customer's transaction with Vellobase, subject to applicable law, while third-party suppliers may perform fulfillment, packaging, and shipping functions.

12. Website availability

Vellobase does not guarantee that Vellobase.com will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside Vellobase's reasonable control.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vellobase.com and its content are provided on an "as available" basis.

Vellobase does not provide warranties beyond those expressly required by applicable law or expressly stated by Vellobase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees, statutory warranties, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AJCD, L.L.C. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Vellobase.com or a purchase through Vellobase.com.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from applicable consumer protection laws.

15. Force majeure

Vellobase will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, governmental action, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, customs delays, telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, or failures of third-party service providers.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's jurisdiction apply and cannot legally be excluded.

17. Disputes

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or a transaction with Vellobase will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights or remedies available under the laws of the consumer's jurisdiction.

To the extent permitted by law, courts located in the State of Florida will have jurisdiction over disputes involving AJCD, L.L.C.

18. Changes to these Terms

Vellobase may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The updated Terms will be posted on Vellobase.com. Continued use of the website after an update may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
